Overall we enjoyed this hotel. It’s be wrong for me not to mention that the DJ could be heard across the hotel well into the night. I sleep well so wasn’t too bothered but there was no prior warning. Disappointed in the toothpaste stains at the side of our sink, the textured wall covering made it impossible to get off and as such although the room was clean, it looked dirty here.

Perfect walkable location for some of the main stations and multiple subway lines. Ginza is a nice area to be based with lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean and room was a good size. Only negative was a loud DJ party in reception/ bar area on Sat evening. We weren’t aware the reception area was going to be like this from our prior research. Would have been problematic if you are a light sleeper but other than that would recommend this hotel and would choose it again personally.

We booked this hotel specifically for the space since most hotels in Tokyo are really small (<15sqm), but location turned out great as well. About a 10-minute walk from Ginza station's marunouchi line. Price per night is on the higher side, but that is expected for a good sized hotel in Tokyo. Did not have to interact much with anyone aside from the check-in process - which is great for me. There are 2 lifts to get to your hotel room, 1 to get to the lobby, 1 to get to the rooms. The only disappointing thing for me was that the projector only works with your personal device. I thought there was a way to watch some local shows. Noticed a few circular-shaped spots below the mattress and pillow covers, it may just be the design. I'm not sure. However, hotel still feels clean overall. Staff at the bar may be a bit colder or maybe they are just tired.

Rooms had no TV, projector cables they included do not fit current Apple USB C products. Bed was up against the wall, so impossible to get in and out of. No clock in room. Saw employee sleeping in restaurant on chairs mid-afternoon, parties booked every night in lounge so impossible to have a quiet drink. No irons/ironing table in room, had to go to another floor to find. No concierge. Very disappointing for the price.

One of the trendiest hotels I’ve been to in awhile. Downstairs has a restaurant and Prosecco bar. You are greeted with a free drink ticket at your check in. There is a patio next to the bar on the main floor as well as another restaurant. Great food options within the hotel and surrounding areas. In the heart of Ginza district near to a metro station. Rooms each have a projector you can hook your phone up to and enjoy a show or movie. Pajamas and slippers were provided. We only stayed at this hotel for a night and I will be back to stay at this hotel for longer next time! Friendly and helpful staff!

Just an amazing property overall. The housekeeping staff is FIVE STAR - the housekeeper on our floor greeted us every morning with a smile and an offer of new towels and water. I will definitely be back!
