値段以上のサービス、機能的なホテルです

チェックインはスムーズで、スタッフは丁寧でよく訓練されている感じがしました。部屋も清潔で、機能的。ウェルカムドリンクのミネラルウォータも用意されているなど、とてもスマートなホテルだと思います。この値段で、これだけのサービスを受けられたのは初めてかもしれません。また、泊まりたいと思いました。

建物が古いせいか、鍵が固くて、固くて開けにくいでした。お布団も薄ぺらのもので安いものですが、お部屋の値段はそんな安くなかったです。わりと高いでした。朝食は冷めて、ふにゃふにゃのクロワッサンとデニッシュが出された。ホントに二度も泊まりたくないホテルでした。

駅からも近く条件的には良かった。部屋に設置されてる空気清浄機？加湿機入った時点で給水ランプが点滅してたので小さな事でも気にして欲しかった。それ以外では清掃も綺麗だったので特に気にならなかった

価格に対して良好なサービス

JR水道橋駅や地下鉄後楽園駅からほど近く、周囲にレストランやコンビニも多数あり東京ドームシティも目の前と立地は最高。部屋はコンパクトだが快適、清潔さも問題無かった。カランの水量が多いのでお風呂を溜めやすいのが地味に嬉しい。コンセントがもう少し多い（あるいは分かりやすい位置にある）と更に良いかも。コロナ禍の為朝食はビュッフェ形式ではなくなっているが、シンプルながら食べごたえのある量（洋食）をスタッフが持ってきてくれる。コーヒーのおかわりも可能だった。総合的に、シンプルではあるが価格の割にサービスや立地がよく、また泊まりたいと思えるホテル。

外観はとても古く暗い感じでしたが、中はどこも清潔感があり、客室そして浴室も掃除が行き届いており、とても綺麗でした。生憎のお天気でしたが10Fのお部屋で目の前がドームでしたので良かったです。朝の軽食も私達には十分な量でした。また機会があれば気軽に利用したいホテルです。

Located across the street from the Tokyo Dome, close to train and metro stations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit on the smaller size, but that was expected. The lack of any drawers in the room was surprising and the lack of a safe. Breakfast was included and OK.....after about 5 days I chose the MaDonald's down the street. Would I stay there again, YES. Price was good, location good for the Dome. It's worth giving it a try.

フロントの方の対応がわりと素っ気なく感じました。シャワーのホースがクセがついていたのかうまく固定出来ず不便でした。部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせました。

작지만 편리하고 깔끔하고 친절한 호텔!

평범한 비즈니스 호텔인데 도쿄돔이랑 가까워서 상당히 편했다. 조식도 괜찮았다. 다만 룸이 다소 작다는 점이 약간의 아쉬움이지만 가격이 모든 것을 상쇄 시켜주니까 만족!
