The room is clean and has everything we need. The bed is really hard and room is small in comparison to U.S. standards. Staff generally friendly and make me feel welcomed. The food is delicious, keep up the good work! I'm overall satisified.

We had a quick stay in Tokyo and didn't want to spend too much on the hotel. This was a perfect choice. Walking distance to several stations and quiet. The hotel is no-frills, very clean, and offers a good night's sleep.

I stayed at this place at the beginning and at the end of my Japan trip and would absolutely recommend it. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, complimentary breakfast, everything was really nice. In terms of sustainability there is some room for improvement though (no clean towels everyday needed, “normal“, re-usable plates at breaksfast are not provided every day).

Good location within walking distance to Ningyocho and Suitengumae subway stations, from which you can access Ginza, Shibuya, and other central Tokyo locations. Room is small but functional. Good value for money. Only “issue” is there is only one elevator so you have to wait a few minutes to go down.

The property was amazing it was about a 5 min or less walk to the closest station to get the journey going but that morning walk does help stretch the legs. The staff is super friendly, very helpful and uses translators when they do get stumped. The only complaint would be the bed being really hard but it it was still comfortable after a long day of walking.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus and was quite good. I can be a bit noisy from the hallway. You can hear guest talking at just a normal conversation level and doors closing with a thud if left to close on their own. The rooms were fairly spacious. While there aren't a huge amount of nearby restaurants, the ones that are there aren't bad.

The rooms were small, which was what we expected coming in. To be fair I expected a lot smaller. I've read other reviews where if you have a lot of luggage it'll be difficult to fully open it unless you put it on the bed. Note I stayed in a twin room. The staff was friendly, no fluent English-speaking staff but they'll try their best to communicate one way or another. 5 minutes from Ninyocho station provides easy access, plenty of convenience stores around, and a good chunk of restaurants. The lobby is a nice place to rest and have a snack, a lot of tables to sit at. Overall a very good budget-friendly option, that I would go back to again.

何回も宿泊したことがありますが以前はおにぎりと味噌汁とあと思いだしませんがわずかだったきがします、今回は和洋取り揃えてあって大変満足しました。お部屋も大変きれいでした。予約がとりにくいのが不満です11月、１月と東横インの違うホテルがとれましたが人形町が一番泊まりたいほてるです。
