Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
10/10 Excellent
"Super clean and in a central area in shinjuku. The area directly behind the 711 on the property often is dirty and littered with people sleeping in the street. That being said, it still felt very safe"
"Our room was super clean and beautiful. The location was excellent....literally steps away from restaurants, shopping, music. The staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend lyf Shibuya Tokyo"
"Truly 5 stars on the amenities and service! We checked in on a rainy day, and the staff took our luggage right away, and wiped each of the suitcase dry. We got the Superior King room, and it was very spacious for 2 people. We got an idyllic view of the Tokyo tower. Amenities in the room are abundant, from the slippers, to the little teas and chocolates they lay out during turndown service. Staff is amazing, special shoutout to the staff at the Cerulean lounge for their hospitality! Location is great! Within walking distance to the Shibuya station for the N’ex and Yamanote lines, about an easy 10 min walk. There is a 7-11 attached to the hotel, and plenty of dining options around. Will highly recommend this hotel and will be our base next time we are back in Tokyo"
"The staff were some of the nicest I’ve ever had anywhere. Overall vibe of hotel was lovely, great location easy 15 minute walk to centre and all the basics you need close by. "
