"This is a nice family friendly hotel steps away from Universal City train station and Universal Studios. The hotel is in City Walk Universal, and it’s the newest one from the few that are there. We loved the fact that you can buy Universal Tickets (including express passes) in a dedicated hotel lobby. This was invaluable because we loved universal so much we all wanted to go an extra day! I terms of front desk staff it was hit or miss whether you’d get a helpful person or one that would do the minimal but overall it was good as long as you don’t take it personally! 😀 Overall it was a very pleasant experience for our family of four which included a 10 and 5 year old. We would definitely stay here again, although next time we will probably try one of the other hotels in City Walk."

Entertainment areas easily reached on Subway."

There is a stairway at the corner that leads you down to the underground where you can find many options to eat and shop. We ate there several times. We also enjoyed the restaurant right across the street one flight down called Batten Yokatoh. Excellent food"
