"Carpets in hallway and our room a little worn. Room carpet had a tear. Balcony was nice but balcony floor lamp didn’t work. Welcome drinks are very nice. Breakfast buffet is fantastic "

"Hotel was great but the lifts were painful. There did not seem to be effectively configured and long queues particularly at 10 when checking out. Small room. Great amenities. "

Property was clean and brought a sense of family and togetherness to share with all guests and if wanted to mingle a bit and share their memories together. "The air conditioning worked well and we were glad that the panel included English! It was cold outside so it wouldn't get too cold. I did notice that the water temperature from the shower in the room fluctuated quite a bit. There is a Lawson at the corner and its a pretty straight walk to the Shin Osaka station close to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line."

"The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to USJ. Staff are very nice. Hotel lobby is very nice with minion theme. Our room has 4 single beds looking out with a view. Room is spacious but once we opened up all four luggage, the room is small and hard to walk. Bathroom is nice, with one sink. No hook for your clothes though. Water pressure is good and the bath tub is good after a full day walking at USJ."
