"The hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 5 nights. First 3 nights we stayed in a cute little room with beach view, which I loved a lot. Later we got an upgrade to a Pent house. The staff was very helpful to do so, However it was not as beautiful as the previous one. There were lots of insects in the room, even when the windows and door were closed. I am very scared of them so it was very difficult for me to survive those 2 nights. However the experience in the hotel and with the staff was amazing. I would love to come again and stay in the same room I was staying at first. The beautiful sunrise and breezy morning. I wish I could stay there a little longer."

"I was Beyond disappointed. Rooms smelled like a tiki torch fuel. You cant flush toilet paper and are asked to leave it in the trash in the room for 24 hrs. the beach was dirty and unclean. I asked for a refund and they didn't honor it or give me credit to one of their alternate properties Very poorly managed"
