One of the best Hotel that I have stayed in langkawi. I won't mind staying in the same hotel for my next visit. One major reason of the excellent review is because it is brand new. Hotel exterior looks like the only store in the neighborhood however after exploring a little, you can find more stuff nearby. The Westin is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are modern,clean and comfortable. We loved the bed and slept very well. The food is excellent. We really enjoyed the seafood and the breakfast buffet especially. The staff can't do enough for you and are very approachable. There are a few pools, a lovely pool bar and enough loungers around the place. There was so much to do in Langkawi, we wished we could have stayed longer. We did jet ski, parasail, mangrove tour and cable car.

The hype is true: the suites are amazing. Things went perfect from pick up at arrival, bringing us to a luxury private transport that whisked us to the resort with water and cookies ready in the car. Arrival at the resort and check-in were smooth and professional thanks to the great care taken by the very kind Farhana, as well as later Adie. We had a great stay at the Pelangi. It was perfect for our family and young baby. She especially loved the splash pool and water slides which were perfect for children of all ages. The grounds are nicely laid out and relaxing. The service staff was extremely accommodating and made us feel very well taken care of. Would definitely return again in future.

Resort is very nice and has everything you need. The staff are exceptional and breakfast is great with lots of choices for their guests.

Friendly front desk.On the day check in,hotel provide some light refreshment. Upon check in to the room,feels like own home.The hotel vicinity have a food court.Various local delight available.There also a mini shopping centre attschh to the hotel.Going about places are also convenience.

Stayed for a week and was surprisingly given a complimentary transport to and from airport. staff Amirul is very efficient and also very helpful. Owner Vivian was extremely gracious and wonderful to liaise with. Emails are promptly answered and no miscommunication at all. Room was small but wonderful air con. It may not have window so the morning sun will wake you up- great for those who wants to sleep late.

Unusual as this property comprises 3 rooms and no other facilities. Best features: good Aircon, large smart TV, decent internet. Cleaning is inconsistent, water, towels and toiletries were not replenished and waste wasn’t emptied. Close to Golden Bamboo Cafe which serves nice breakfast and a short walk to a small ‘mall’ and the beach. Note that you will arrive at the parking lot next to an incomplete building. Overall clean and pleasant stay.
