"I went with family and extend family, booked two family rooms although I needed only one family room and one coupe room. Some limitation on Expedia app. Managed to get a check in early very helpful staff. Rooms themselves were quite nice with good comfy beds and filtered drinking water avaliable. Their room service “at your service” was great, requested a firmer pillow and they delivered. Will definately return to this hotel if in Melaka."
