"They were welcoming to pets, however, they did not explain that they wouldn’t come to clean the room the entire stay. Disappointed to say the least. "

"The hotel was disappointing. The room was dirty, with dust everywhere. The air conditioner is old and very noisy. The standard room is extremely small — there’s not even enough space to open a suitcase comfortably. The staff were not friendly or helpful. At the front desk, they did not provide clear information. There was also an incident where a staff member tried to enter a full elevator with a cart and became upset when there was no space. Overall, the stay was not comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel rooms are clean, functional and comfortable. The pools are relaxing, and family friendly. The biggest complaint is the public change room and public washrooms. Not sure how often during the day (if at all) the change room and washrooms are cleaned. However often, it is defintely not enough."

"The views are amazing. The rooms are modern and clean. The beds and linens are absolutely superb and very comfortable."

"The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, they helped explain the shuttle to Canada Place every hour and to book ahead. The breakfast was minimal but decent. The hotel is under renovations so a lot of amenities aren’t available. There isn’t an airport shuttle just the hourly shuttle to Canada Place. The room itself was ok, clean enough to be ok to put everything down but nothing to brag about. The view from the 4th floor balcony facing north was Beautiful with a view of the mountains and the Iron Workers memorial bridge. The building itself is definitely in need of some renovations and I’m sure it’ll only go up!"
