"Excellent location, near to the Acadamia Bridge and Grand Canal. Staff were superb, friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast had everything you’d need to fuel a busy day walking the many alleyways of Venice. "

"They were really nice , it’s super well located … the view is breathtaking… breakfast was really good . The only thing we did not like was the AC because the have them set up for heater and the room was hot . In Europe people open the windows but they have no screens and I was afraid of a rat coming in since I saw one on the streets … "

"Great stay in Venice, highly recommended! The hotel is excellent, clean, modern, and brand new 1 year old only. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and we had a really great overall experience. It’s also very convenient that they allow luggage storage, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. The customer service was wonderful, and the staff all speak English, which made everything easy for us. We also really appreciated the drinking water refill station such a thoughtful and practical feature. The location is very convenient, especially being near Tronchetto. You can take a taxi from the train station for about €26 or the vaporetto for €9.50 per person. The only downside was the shower drain, it was quite slow, so water tends to pool while showering. Overall, still a very good stay and highly recommended!"

"The hotel was a great location that was close to everything. The staff was amazing! There were stairs for sure but they had someone to help with bags. They even set us up with a tour to murano included in the cost. We had a room with a view of the Rialto bridge and I couldn’t have asked for a better view to wake up to in the morning."

"The hotel was excellent. The Breakfast which was included was great. It also was 5 minutes from the train station and very accessible to travel with suitcases. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious. The staff were very helpful with travel plans and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The water boats were literally 2 minutes away to help I would definitely recommend the hotel."
