"The staff were so accommodating and the property amenities were great. The room was a little outdated, but still good. My only complaint is that I wish we would have been informed about the 20% service fee that was added to every check from the restaurants and exactly what it was for. Otherwise we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back the next time we are in Miami. "
