"El hotel Cinco Quintas en Cartagena es muy bonito, las habitaciones son cómodas. Quiero resaltar especialmente a Cindy y Darwin, quienes fueron extraordinarios. Su servicio, actitud y disposición hacen toda la diferencia y reflejan lo que uno espera de un hotel boutique. Sin embargo, mi calificación de 2 estrellas es por la pésima gestión de la gerencia. Desde el primer día solicitamos extender una noche adicional y nos confirmaron que ya estaba listo, lo cual me dejó tranquilo. Hoy en la mañana, antes de desayunar, volví a confirmar y nuevamente me dijeron que todo estaba en orden. Con esa tranquilidad bajé a desayunar. Al regresar a la habitación para organizarme y salir a un evento, recibo una llamada informándome que hubo un error, que mi habitación había sido asignada a otra persona y que la única opción disponible era una habitación de mayor valor, la cual debía pagar adicionalmente. Es increíble que una situación así se comunique justo a la hora del check out, y peor aún, que la solución sea trasladar el problema al huésped. Esto es inaceptable en la industria de la hospitalidad, y más en un hotel boutique donde se supone que el servicio es más personalizado y enfocado en la experiencia del invitado. La gerente no logró resolver la situación a la altura de los estándares que el hotel proyecta. Una experiencia que venía siendo excelente gracias a Cindy y Darwin, terminó completamente opacada por una mala decisión de gerencia."

"Great quiet B&B in colonial area. Close to everything. The staff is great and the owner is not on site buy always reachable and very accommodating and helpful. "

"Mood Matuna was decent. I can't honestly say anything bad about it at all, the staff themselves we're OUTSTANDING and they are the bread and butter of this location. What makes this only a decent stay is, it does not look like it's pictures at all. The lighting is much more dim, water pressure is very low, there is a very questionable window in the bathroom that if you were to open it, you can crawl to the next room if you fit in there? And one of the things I was looking forward to the most; the pool, was completely dirty, which was a big reason for booking that top floor room. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay for just the night. "
