"This is truly one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in across 24 countries. My boyfriend compared it to going on a Disney Cruise because the staff make sure to know your names, what room you are in, and are always checking up on you to make sure you have what you need. Amenities: The pool is incredible and the amazing view provides some amazing pictures. Breakfast: Breakfast is complimentary and is delicious. There is a menu with things like mini waffles (you must try with chocolate drizzle!), avocado toast with fried egg and tomato, and many other options. There is also a buffet which changes daily with a variety of fruits, ham and cheeses, potatoes, sausage, cereal, yogurts, and more. Worth staying here just for the breakfast and the ease that comes with not having to go out searching for food first thing in the morning. Location: Best location you could ask for in the Walled City. It is only a 6 minute walk from the clock tower and there are some incredible restaurants right on the same street as the hotel. Uber's will come pick you up straight at the front door or the hotel will even call you one and they guarantee they will be there within 5 minutes. Staff: The staff as I mentioned were all incredible, but I have to shout out two specific staff members: Pomponio and Luis Alfonso. They were so incredible and always made it a priority to check on us, solve any issues we had, and they both always had a huge smile on their faces. "

"I had an amazing staying in this hotel. Location is wonderful. Close to restaurants, stores and historic landmarks. The staff was very kind and the breakfast buffet was always fresh. The room was amazing, I thought it was going to be very loud since the hotel is really close to nightclubs and night life in general, but i didn’t hear anything. I was able to rest and enjoy my stay. They provided us with earbuds in case we needed them, but it wasn’t necessary. "
