Excellent customer service at the hotel. Staff very polite and helpful. Staff always greet guests with a smile and are very attentive to guests’ needs and comfort. Location is fantastic , breakfast is excellent, and so convenient to hop into a taxi as the taxi stand is right in front of the hotel. Thank you very much for the fantastic experience during my 4 nights 5 days stay in Taipei.

located right above ximen train station and beside ximending. walking distance to many famous eateries. the hotel is super clean and the rooms are large. amenities provided were well thought thru. really appreciated the laundry facility.

Very comfortable and highly recommend! Big thanks to the staff name Douglas, he had been very helpful to us. We were suppose to return back on the 13 Sept but last minute airline reschedule, we were feeling so worry about where to stay and he helped us a lot.

Awesome experience staying at energy inn for 8 nights with awesome breakfast provided every morning. Very near the metro which allow us to travel around easily. Map were given to us so that we could locate what is nearby, place of interest. Room were very clean and comfy, coming back to a nice room after a long day traveling is the best feeling ever. Very thankful for room service staff for maintaining the room to be clean and tidy everyday.

It's in the heart of Ximending so shopping and good food are very close at hand. Front desk was accomodating, friendly and check-in was super easy. They also helped me call for an airport transfer. Room was clean and spacious, I'm just not used to the sink being outside the toilet.

Comma Boutique hotel is situated at a convenient location to bus, metro and Ximending. everywhere is walkable distance.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. On my final day while I was checking out the hotel, it was drizzling and the cab which i had booked have problems finding me. The receptionist took an umbrella and walked around to locate the driver in the rain. She went the extra mile to to make sure me and my parents were dry from the rain. She have my gratitude for doing so. Highly recommended to all for an enjoyable stay at Taipei.

Clean room Easy commute with 5mins walk to the station Variety of foods, spa and shopping spots around

location is good. Wanhua station is not part of Metro system. Longshan Temple station is a Metro station, 7-10mins walk to this hotel. if you are transiting at Taipei Main Station, make sure you get correct tickets n board correct platform. Suggest taking a taxi directly from Airport is much easier n it is not expensive. should be around sgd 45-55.

Stayed 7 years ago and am so glad I came back because it is still a great little spot in an excellent location. Good value for the price. Clean, comfortable. Checkin experience is so smooth using whatsapp and keyless entry with a QR. Minor inconveniences only if I am nitpicking - laundry is in their sister hotel around the corner. And elevator is pretty slow. That said, love Orange Hotel and will be back for sure.

Nice and clean rooms, no riverview

Very friendly staff and there are free flow of snacks and drinks and even cup noodles at night. The location is also super convenient right in the middle of ximending. However the room is a bit small not much space to walk after opening 2 luggages. But overall good experience.
