"The hot tub was broken. No fridge in room. No coffee make in room. Did have a safe. Housekeeping did not come and I had to call them to come. The tub constantly drained in the bathtub. The casino was nice. Nice poker room."

"AC wouldnt cool the room enough. There was a loud screeching noise off and on all night that sounded like it may be coming from the plumbing. The pillows were uncomfortable- about 10” thick and all 4 of us thought they were very uncomfortable. They only give you one 8 oz bottle of water per person in the room per day - for our almost $50 resort fee per day it seems like water would be given freely. Overall, the resort was nice enough, the room was okay but it was too hard to get any sleep."

"Booked here after our original hotel was filthy. We loved the location off the Strip, separate room for the kids and a full kitchen. The pool was perfect. We plan on staying again. "

"I recently stayed in this room and had a mixed experience. While check-in and overall service were smooth, the condition of the room itself did not meet expectations. The floors appeared unclean, with visible shoe footprints from prior guests. The caulking around the bathroom area was discolored and looked black in places, which gave the impression of poor upkeep. Both TVs were unusable due to dead batteries in the remote, and this was not addressed during the stay. The mattress quality was also below what I would expect for this type of property, which impacted overall comfort. Additionally, the bedside clock included an older charging port that is not compatible with current iPhone models, so guests would need to rely on their own wall adapters. Overall, there are some clear opportunities to improve room maintenance and ensure basic functionality is addressed before guest arrival."
