The staff go above and beyond to make your stay extra special. I could not ask for a better stay. Our room with beach view was amazing. I love that the property is right on the beach. There's also a little strip of bars/restaurants and small shops along the beach. I also like that it's remote. It often felt like it belonged to us. Amazing sunset views. Seriously loved this hotel and next time I am in Phuket, I will definitely stay with them. Highly recommend.

We got a room that was right on the beach. Really liked this very much. The gym was run down. Only 1 sauna in the men's bathroom and it was not working.

Close to beach, location - far from everything, but nice and quiet. Good breakfast, nice and friendly staff. You can find fresh fruits in the bar on the beach. Overall very good experience with only little things to complain - like conditioning in the room blows to your head. And - be careful with hotel flip flops - very insecure to walk as they are about to tear.

A nice hotel by the beach. A great place to get away from the bustle. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided and the food was pleasant, made even better with the view of the beach from the restaurant. Driving around will definitely make it more convenient.

Peaceful and private beach in Panwa cape
Love the beach, so peaceful. The meals and taste are wonderful. Also, I chose Cooking class and order bouquet for my love one. Can also arrange dinner on the beach. I recommend you for romantic moment.

Nice place to relax
This was a beautiful hotel and all the staff were incredibly friendly. We arrived to check into our hilltop oceanview room, I just want to warn people it is not hill top... it is up about 6 flights of stairs which was not doable for my husband to do post flight swelling. So we paid to upgrade to one of the ocean front rooms and absolutely loved our room. The bed was a little firm the first night but when we asked for a little extra padding the maid happily added a bed pad and then we slept great on night two. Probably my only complaint about this place is that it is very remote, there are only two restaurants and a little beach store and massage place on the beach right next door. There is also two hotel restaurants and a bar. If you were one of the bold who rides motorbikes in Thailand this would not be an issue but we were too scared and to get a taxi anywhere was a minimum of $300 baht one way. So if looking to relax and don't mind not having a lot of restaurant variety this place would be great!

I do agreed that our hotel is quiet remote that is one of the reason why we're still keep our beach private if compare to other zone. For transportation over all in Phuket there is a standard rate to follow it quiet high but If looking for quiet and chill place,it would be not the big deal either vareites of restaurant of taxi cost. However to offer a bit more benefit for all guests we're now providing FOC bicycle for a short ride. At last hopfully to have a chance of welcoming you back again in nearly furter. quiet and chilled
If you’re looking for somewhere quiet and chilled then this place is perfect. The only downfall was that it looked like it needed a paint job as it looked a little tired however we went so early in the season that it’s possible they were working towards it as staff were constantly cleaning. The staff were so friendly and you were greeted with smiles everywhere you went. We wanted to start our holiday with somewhere quiet then move to the other side of the island later down the line and this was spot on for that. There’s only a couple of restaurants and beach bars along the beach so if you’re looking for buzzing nightlife then this isn’t the place but it’s perfect for total relaxation.

Pretty good option in quiet area of Phuket
The hotel overall is pretty good. Good location, facilities. Note that the beach is quite rocky and not swimable afternoon during low tides. This is compensated with swimming pool. The service could be better. I booked one room with two beds, but got a room with one bed. They were fully booked and wasn't able to change the room that day. Apart from that service was good.

Beautiful property. Great value for $$$
I stayed in an older bungalow on the ground floor, walking straight onto the beach. The rest of the rooms in the main part of the builder had new renovations, whereby, my bungalow was a bit older and worn, but still lovely. Great value for $$ paid. Definitely recommend the property as its tucked away from the hustle and bustle and main town. There were still restaurants, massage tables etc on the beach, all in walking distance so you weren't confined to the resort.

Great resort, stayed in beachfront
This is a great resort, with good facilities and the beachfront rooms are very good. The pool and surrounds are beautiful up. The breakfast is excellent and included in the price. It is quiet and because it is away from the town it is a bit isolated, with only nine a couple of beachfront food places, apart from the resort facilities.

romantic place, quite, and really enjoyed.
Our room is on the beach exces.. Which is very nice. The view was amazing, got to wake up with that view every morning was gems! Will recommend to any couple would love to have a romantic time and relaxing. The food is very tasty and the staff in restaurants was lovely. The reception staff are very approaching. But will definitely coming back. We had such a great time in our stay.

Quiet romantic relaxing stay
Overall we had a wonderful weekend. Food was delicious, loved having the menu options for breakfast. Best piña coladas ever, order one of those and a plate of chicken skewers by the pool and that alone is worth the trip. Staff was friendly and attentive, service levels were excellent. I took the cooking class the resort offered and it was fun, educational and so delicious and Chef was so sweet. The only think was that the beach gets rocky there is sand but a few feet into the water is all rocks and it makes swimming in the ocean a little rough. Luckily the pool is great and the swings on the beach make up for the swimming. For a quiet relaxing romantic weekend away this resort is perfect

Most of the staff keep staring at you, watch you no privacy as the maid also walked in to make the room when I had the privacy sign on the door. Reception staff were confused when I explained what happens and looked at me like chill out no apology.

Quiet and on the beach. Just what we wanted.
Just what we wanted, a quiet hotel on the beach. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't do enough for us, always there with that lovely Thai smile and engaging us in conversation as well as affording us our own personal space for peace and quiet. The room (330) was up 2 flights of stairs but was no issue, cleanliness spot on and the room serviced daily with fresh towels and linen though the hotel do have a green policy and will not change towels and linen if you wish to use again. A well stocked mini bar reasonably priced and the main point for the room was the view and well worth paying the little extra for it. The in hotel restaurant was excellent as was the bar and pool bar and no need to carry any cash as items can be charged to the room and the bill settled whenever. The staff, superb, attentive quick service with that infectious Thai smile every time , the staff work tirelessly to ensure their guests are happy.The hotel management were always available and spoke to us often to ensure we were happy and even engaged in a friendly game of pool in the bar. Son,Ae and Bump in particular were total professionals and we couldn't of asked for better staff and we have stayed all over Thailand. The beach though narrow and the water shallow and with a rocky bottom which made swimming difficult was the only thing that I can find to fault this place but this did not have any impact on our holiday. Yes we would stay there again and yes get the sea view room. Thank you. Enjoy.

Great for a short, relaxing trip
When we booked our stay we asked for airport transfer and I rang on the day to confirm that the transfer would be there. The lady on the phone said yes and quoted my flight number. However, when we arrived there was no transfer so I rang the hotel. They said they had not received my emails or request for airport transfer. If that was the case then how did the lady know my flight number? There was no apology, they blamed it on hotels.com and we had to get a taxi so not a good start. This hotel is great for relaxing as the pool area is amazing. Although the staff selling the massages need to back off a bit. We had just had our massage (which had been hard sold to us for no reason as we were going to have one anyway!) and then they tried to sell us another one whilst we were relaxing in the pool. Also, the mini-bar is quite expensive and they charge 400 baht to go to the nearest shop so bare that in mind. We stayed there 3 nights and we didn't see many other guests during our stay so great for a short relaxing trip but not longer.

An interesting experience.
Pros: absolute lovely space. Beautiful aesthetic. Very good breakfast. Good food right on the beach at a very reasonable price range. Cons: really terribly AC from what felt like 1932. Staff doesn't speak English. So it was frustrating trying to communicate anything. Bed bugs ate us alive. I'm not sure about all the food at the restaurant but the pizzas were grossly overpriced for what seemed like microwave pizza with canned food toppings. Tasted like dish water. We didn't feel cared for at all, we felt like a hindrance to the the staff. The man who manages the taxis is extremely nasty not to mention overpriced. We were so looking forward to a beautiful, restful and lovely beach holiday but there were the small cons that made such a difference in our stay. If the staff perhaps cared a little more and the AC was upgraded and bed bugs were seen to - it's could be such a paradise.

The people were very friendly and the room was very clean too. Its a little far from town, but if you are looking for quiet holiday with a private beach, this is the perfect place, you have everything you need in the hotel. I definitely recommend it.

Very pleasant hotel in a quiet corner of Phuket...you need this sort of space to counteract some of the tourist chaos at main sites. I would recommend it, though food is a bit expensive. Worth spending the extra pounds for the beachfront rooms. I would have been disappointed otherwise

Beachfront hotel.
Location of the hotel is very nice. Right on the beach. The room were clean with good air condition. Wifi is good in the room and on the beach. The staff are excellent. The hotel taxi is a little on the expensive side. If you want to be away from the crowds this is the hotel to go. Quiet and not too many tourist. There are 2 Thai restaurants on the beach that is not part of the hotel. The location is kind of far from the shopping area but that's the sacrifice if you want a more private beach. I would definitely go back.

Had a great experience at this resort. Even though it was more remote, we had no trouble getting the shuttle into town. The peacefulness was great with a huge pool overlooking the beach. The lounges on the beach were under huge trees for shade, if wanted. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. I have only one thing I would like better in that I found the bed really hard. We had the ocean view which was great for sitting out on the balcony. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel is very far from the city center or to other beaches like Patong. Unlike other hotels you have to pay for the shuttle service that takes you to the city center once a day. The shuttle chauffeur was not dependable at all. He was supposed to pick us at 15.30 and never showed up.

The hotel is in a grungy location and isn't near anything to see or do. The hotel room stunk so bad it was unbearable. The rooms are dark and old fashioned. I defiantly don't think this hotel looks anything like what is advertised online. Totally misleading!! I hated having to stay here. The breakfast was gross with bugs crawling over the tables and food. Do yourself favour and stay somewhere else!!

Quiet relaxing hotel near Cape Panwa.
We went out of season at the end of April and got and excellent deal B&B for £25 per night. Right by the beach if a little dated, staff amazingly friendly. Ate at Sawasdee in Cape Panwa every night, the best!

It was a nice hotel, with nice amenities, cool pool, beautiful sea views. We reserved a sea view room... but there was a room built right in front of our balcony. Had to climb a ladder on the balcony to see the "sea view". Food was a bit expensive compared to the delicious food from the local "beach bar" down a few spots on the beach. High tide is from 9am to 1pm, so swimming in the bay isnt really an option during low tide due to the amount of rocks. Panwa beach is far from any sort of town, or night life, so taxi rides very ridiculously expensive (we were unsure if we were being over charged because we were tourists..). This is a nice hotel, but only if you want to sit by the pool.

Very nice (thai) food, hotel staff very friendly although not everybody speaks English very well. Hotel is far away from attractions, therefore very quiet and peaceful. Quiet beach where you can get coconuts at the bar, they taste amazing. Rooms are spacious and sea view is amazing. Unfortunately the bathroom didn't have a shower head and the shower wasn't clean, under the bed was a lot of dust. The gym facilities weren't nice, only 1 bicycle works, stepper is out of order, no yoga/exercise mats, just a few weights next to a billiard table on a hard wooden floor.

Hotel was beautiful. Right on the beach! Small hotel and very quiet. Off the beaten track a bit so you as long as you don't mind quiet - perfect. Rooms were large - bathrooms were great. Mini fridge and safe in our room. Breakfast was included in price - large choice of foods. Restaurant (with service on the beach) on site as well as other restaurants on the beach for other meal options. Beach chairs on the beach are also available. Infinity pool if you don't want the ocean. Down side - beds were a bit hard.

Great! Taxi from airport is 900 baht and taxis into town/other popular beaches are round 500 one way. Service is very nice but there is a slight language barrier. Right on the beach and good (semi-overpriced food)... not much else you can ask for!

Package deal - buyer beware
Initially put into room 123 which frankly was so bad I cried! After complaining and being told 'we are fully booked so can't change your room' - a demand for action resulted in a change to 216 - better, ocean view but nowhere near 4 star. Dated decor, shabby curtains, inadequate lighting and tube TV. Beautiful setting and lovely staff countered this. Great breakfast too.

Lovely, relaxing and clean
My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The pool is very nice and clean. I personally enjoyed sitting on the beach deck chairs. Very relaxing. The locals on the Beach are also very friendly. They do a great massage about 3 doors down. Also eat on the beach for dinner- it's cheaper and tastes amazing! Two out of the four nights they had live music which really added to our experience. We also visited the markets the hotel recommends on Saturdays and Sundays- very cheap food and great if you want to taste a bit of everything. They also sell a lot more stuff like bags, phone accessories, clothes, jewellery. We found they didn't really like us bargaining- some gave in reluctantly but others would not accept it. Not too sure if it's acceptable in that part or not. Things are pretty cheap anyways. The room we had was very comfortable with a spacious bed. The bathroom was a bit out-dated, but honestly you hardly noticed that. The whole hotel seemed very clean. Friendly staff. Overall I would place this at a high standard.
