"Property was conveniently located for our needs. Continuous flow of traffic made it difficult to sleep as it was just off the main road. Bed was comfortable and clean. However, carpets were in need of cleaning both in the room and public areas. Also the dining chairs were covered in grease stains. Disappointed that no breakfast was available whatsoever and did not know that beforehand. Would not have booked here had we known that. Evening meal was very tasty though. "
