"Sofitel on Renmin Square exceeded our expectations in the quality and spaciousness of the room: for example, it had two toilets and a seperate Tub/Shower arrangement). It also exceeded our expectations in the breakfasts and the ambiance of the dining room. Additionally, all of the staff (expecially Leo the concierge) made us feel welcomed and were warm and friendly. Our stay at Sofitel Xian was a delight and an unexpected highlight of our 4 night stay in the city."

"가족여행으로 3박 머물렀습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 쇼핑몰이 있어서 식사하고 간단한 간식거리 구매하는데 아주 편리했습니다. 호텔 일반 직원들은 5성급 호텔에 비해 영어 소통이 원활하지는 않았지만 Duty Manager분들은 영어를 잘 하셔서 크게 불편함은 없었습니다. 일단, 방은 상당히 크고 쾌적했으며 직원들 친절도는 최상이였습니다. 특히 조식과 저녁 뷔페 식당의 직원들은 정말 친절하고 음식도 아주 좋았습니다. 저녁뷔페는 뷔페 식당임에도 불구하고 단품 메뉴로 랍스터와 연어를 주어서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 크리스마스 시즌이여서 특별히 제공하는 메뉴였는지는 잘 모르겠지만요. 처음에는 잘못 주시는 줄 알고 거절했는데 뷔페에 포함이라고 하시더라구요. 다음에 시안에 다시 가게 되면 또 다시 방문하고 싶은 개인적으로는 만족도 최상의 호텔이였습니다."
