This is our second time staying here, and the experience remains just as impressive as the first. The consistency in quality is what keeps us coming back. The self-check-in process is seamless and makes arrival stress-free. We also really appreciate the full kitchen, which is well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals. It is also within walking distance to Aeon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.

Everything about the hotel is amazing. Check in timing is 3pm and we came early. They did the check in and helped us (family of 6 adults) to keep our luggages to the assigned rooms. Room cleaning was excellent. The best is Toyota rental south exit is located beside the hotel. Lawson and 7-11 are nearby. The only thing is the breakfast buffet. What a fantastic hotel. Obviously someone familiar with the needs of travellers had designed the place. It has all the big and little things you need and want (decent sized room, clean and modern decor, ample storage, decent sized bathroom, ample charging ports, free coffee/hot chocolate at reception, cheap coin laundry onsite, superb location a short walk from Sapporo station) and non of the 'tick the box' amenities that inflate the price. Highly recommended.
