"Overall great staff, location and environment. They clean the room regularly and the staff made sure that everything was up tonour liking. They really catered for us. We accidentally booked 2 twin beds and it was 3 of us which they provided an extra bed complimentary. So thankful!!! The only criticism I have is with the breakfast buffet. The options ate very limited and too carb driven. There is options for fruit but being of Latin influence, i was expecting more in terms of variety. "

"Very beautiful hotel and amazing staff. The restaurant was very good and the quality of the food superb. The rooftop pool bar was also really nice to relax at for a few hours. My only gripe would be that it would be nice to have bedside lamps and complimentary tea/coffee in the room but otherwise an excellent hotel. "

"We stayed at the Fairmont for 4 nights. The location between Copacabana and Ipenema beach is fantastic. Our room had a view onto the sugarloaf and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching people on the beach and in the water. We only had one dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was amazing. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Rooms were spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. The shower pressure was excellent. But most importantly, the staff were always helpful and nice. I highly recommend this hotel."
