We loved our stay at the Park Royal. Easy parking option and Reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Talking to us at check in they realised it was our daughters birthday and they organised a cake to the room that afternoon which she loved! Clean rooms and great room service. Highly recommend. Perfect location to see Sydney cbd. Staff are amazing. Breakfast options were surprisingly very good. Will definitely stay again. Property old but lots of facility valet parking just underground of the hotel, staff are extremely polite and friendly always happy to help. Rooms are spacious Cant complain Stayed with 2 kids and hubby had no issues with space in the room
