OMG! It was a best experience ever given from the hospitality in Hanoi so far for me. The staff was super helpful, and so informative with a great heart of human being. The cleanliness was off the chart (beyond 5 stars). Every single time coming back in the room, all stuffs will be well organized, cleaned and on-point. With that price tag, it is tremendously wonderful. Will definitely come back here again next time real soon!
