This is as a great place to stay for our first trip to Japan. A proper 3 star hotel with all needed amenities and very professional and courteous staff. We liked that they had linen available in the lobby for us to grab as needed and umbrella’s available for when it rained. It was also close to an Anytime Fitness, so be sure to bring your fob if you are a member. The only challenge was the room was very small, but we got used to it and made it work. Small rooms are the norm here but as an American, it was an adjustment. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, quiet and comfortable stay in the Shinjuku area.

Located in nice part of Tokyo. Front Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and quiet hotel. Did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on this. Room though was very small, the smallest I stayed in during my trip to Japan, but small rooms seem to be the norm for budget hotels in Tokyo.

So kann ich leider keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel geben.Gerade weil ich auch andere Hotels in der Preisklasse in Tokyo kenne.

The staff was very helpful and kind. We accidentally booked a “smoking” room so I cannot fault them for that, but the hotel room floor felt dirty and areas of the carpet were torn. The room was spacious. The location was perfect and walking distance to many of the “must do” spots in shinjuku. Would stay again but in a “non smoking” room.

Esta muy bien ubicada. A una cuadra de la entrada del metro de Shinjuku-Sanchome. (500mts mas por caminar una vez dentro) pero es muy conveniente porque esa linea te deja en la estacion de Tokyo, que tiene acceso a todos lados. La habitacion es ULTRA pequeña pero la cama es comoda. El baño tambien es pequeño pero funcional. En el edificio de enfrente tienen lavanderia de monedas, aunque solo tienen 2 maquinas y es complicado encontrarlas desocupadas. En general son super amables y serviciales
