An elegant trip.

The environment in the room and lobby is very clean and quiet, and you can feel a Japanese-style elegant environment. The breakfast is also quite rich in Japanese style, which reminds people of memories of traveling in Japan.

大浴場が非常に良かったです。フロントでグレードアップと伝えられました。2名で宿泊しましたが、支払者ではない部屋のみが洗濯機、キッチン付きで、グレードアップされていました。非常に全体はよく、また宿泊する予定ですが、少し残念でした。

近くに店舗は少ないですが、有名なピザ屋(4P's)はありますし、コンビニ(スーパー?)のAeon MaxValuもありますし、大きな通りを地下通路を利用して横切れば徒歩15分でVincom Center Trần Duy Hưngにも行けますので、不便では無いと思いますよ。 朝食のバイキングは日本食も有りバリエーションも豊かでしたので、5日間、飽きずに食事出来ました。

和風の大浴場があるなど、日本の上級ビジネスホテルと遜色のない快適な滞在ができるホテルでした。 ハノイの旧市街からは遠いので、観光にはやや不便かもしれません。 なお、ホテルのプール横にある竹のオブジェみたいな建物は、いまベトナムで一番著名な建築家の設計でした(その建築家の名前を書くと個人情報と判別されて投稿できないようなので書きません)。ホテルのスタッフのかたに確認したら「聞いたことない」と言っていて、認識されてないようでした。せっかくの名建築ですので、ぜひホテルのPRポイントにされるとよいと思います。

チェックアウト日の深夜便に搭乗予定でしたが、荷物を夜まで預かって頂き、大浴場も使用させて頂きました。非常に親切なホテルです。部屋もレジデンス兼用なのか、かなり広く、キッチンや家庭サイズの冷蔵庫、洗濯乾燥機までありました。ゆったりとリラックスした滞在でした。

Something changed

I have been visiting Roygent every 1~2 months, thanks to its good location, great breakfast, nice facilities and warm service. Perfect business hotel that can lower the stress of yout work. However since this year, I don't feel the hospitality from the hotel anymore. Maybe because the staffs have been changed? The service feels administrative, not welcoming. It is difficult to describe but now is the 2nd time I am having a bad experience. I hope I can fije a new business hotel where I can feel more relaxed.

만족한 곳입니다. 위치가 애매해서 여행으로는 딱히 추천 안하지만 출장이라먄 나쁘지 않네요. 대욕탕이 있어 하루 업무의 피로를 풀기 좋고 호텔 내에 밤 11시 정도까지 간단한 음료나 과자를 파는 곳이 있습니다.

豪華なホテルではないですが品が良く、いつ利用しても落ち着きがあります。日本人向けのホテルですがアジア系の利用者も見かけます。朝食全般が美味しく、特にパンとカレーがお気に入りです。 レストランは日本食中心ですが、付近に飲食店が少ないので今後ベトナム料理もメニューに追加してもらえると選択肢が増えて嬉しいですね。 スタッフの皆さんも親切で、毎回安心して宿泊できています。
