So happy I stayed here, at the Shin Osaka area. After a long trip to tokyo, then shinkansen to Osaka, ot was a relief that the nice hotel was in the terminal. Im used to trekking in 90° weather to a hotel thats 15 mins away. Recommend highly.. great staff too!!

Incredible location, directly attached to the train station, right next to the shinkansen gates. Rooms were incredibly small though, with like a foot of space around the beds. The shower was nice and the room had a couple of massage cushions which we enjoyed.

The location is so ideal I don't think I will ever stay in another hotel anymore. The only down side is the room is way too small, plus after adding in massage chair etc etc, really not much space to move around for even just 2 persons.

Tiny room but thoughtful perks such as a massaging chair and an amazing rain shower with a luxury view! The best part is the convenience of being in the station so you can easily come and go to all destinations! I would definitely stay again.

Loved to stay here while in Osaka. Is inside the main Osaka station, so its super easy to move everywhere you want. Stay here for 4 nights, used two rooms for 3 people. It was the best thing because the rooms are small. But will certaintly stay here again!
