Not recommended
The house is located in a place with many karaoke bars nearby, it is a bit noisy at night time! The house is big but the washing basin is relatively small, the WiFi is not always working and I have to fix it by myself, the biggest problem is it is not clean, I see insects and even big cockroach, it may die to the abandoned area next to it! The air con in the sitting room is not working and the beds are also not very comfortable! The washing machine is okay, water pressure is okay and boiler is okay!

Lumières qui ne s’éteint pas, donc grand jour dans une des chambres. Logement pour 10 mais 4 chaises pour la table et la vaisselle. Pas de wifi, pas de réponse du propriétaire. Une seule clé pour 10 personnes, donc obligé de laisser la boite à clé à 4 chiffres dehors, ce qui réduit sérieusement la sécurité de nos affaires.

ここの宿は古い一軒家の家です。
商店街の中にあると思ってましたが、飲み屋街の中にある宿でした。土地勘がないので、新今宮がどんな所か知りませんでしたが、西成区という場所で日雇いの人など多い地区です。なので治安的には不安な場所です。
宿に着いてまず、鍵を開けるのが大変でした。ちょっとしたコツがいります。ぐっと押しながら回すと開きます。
鍵が開いて、中に入ると匂いが臭い！最悪です。非常に臭い！こんなに臭い宿初めてです。
それでも２泊しないといけないので、夫がすぐそばにある、２４時間営業のスーパー玉出でファブリーズ２本買ってきました。
クーラーは１階のリビングのは壊れてると思いますが他は各部屋にクーラーは付いてました。
更に各部屋を回ってみましたが、ベットの状態が悪いです。ベットは全部で５台ありました。布団は見つけられませんでしたが、どこかにあったのかも。
中のコイルが体に当たり、ギコーギコー音がします。１台だけましなベットありましたが、全てかなり年期の入ったベットでした。布団もぺったんこです。
更に清掃が行き届いてなく、汚いです。
水回りはリフォーム済みで水圧に問題なく、シャワーは良かったです。トイレは狭いですが問題ありませんでした。
備え付けの備品はバスタオル（部屋のにおいついてますし、これも年期はいってます）、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ（どれもちゃんとしたやつです）
冷蔵庫や鍋、ポットなどありましたが、冷蔵庫以外使いませんでしたし、匂いにやられて、そういうものを使うには不安がありました。
ちなみに歯ブラシや部屋着などないので用意が必要です。
ドライヤーはちゃんとしたのありましたが、鏡がない。
料金が安いのであまり不満は言えませんが、もっと改善が必要だと感じました。
