호텔 컨디션은 좋았습니다. 옆방에 한국인 단체손님이 새벽에 체크인을 했는데 너무너무너무너무 시끄러워서 잠을 잘 수 가 없었습니다. 체크인 방금 하셨으니 한시간동안 기다렸다가 정중하게 말씀을 드렸는데도 음주에 고성방가.. 아무리 해외여행에 기분이 좋으셨어도 너무 민폐가 아닌지.. 저희층에 외국분들도 투숙하셨는데 너무 창피했습니다. 제발 예의좀 지켜주세요.
호텔에서는 다행히 무료로 방을 옮겨주셨습니다.

Très déçue
Malgré la réservation et le paiement d'une chambre catégorie "deluxe", une chambre catégorie " supérieure" (donc de catégorie inférieure à la deluxe) nous a été attribuée et le personnel n'a rien voulu savoir. J'ai donc payé pour 16 nuits une somme bien supérieure à celle que j'aurais dû payer.
Il faut aussi savoir que l'hôtel reçoit tous les jours un ou plusieurs cars de touristes coréens qui débarquent tous en même temps dans la salle de restaurant pour le petit déjeuner et qu'à plusieurs reprises nous avons dû retourner dans notre chambre, faute de table disponible. De plus, le buffet n'est pas réapprovisionné au fur et à mesure, donc, même si nous avons pu trouver une table, il est arrivé fréquemment que les plats soient totalement vides et cela pendant une heure...Le personnel du restaurant est d'ailleurs désagréable et je pense que même s'ils le voulaient, ils ne pourraient pas être pires.
Le personnel de la réception (ainsi que les grooms) ne parlent pas ou très peu anglais et il est donc difficile de se faire comprendre et donc de demander une aide quelconque. Il n'y a qu'une réceptionniste (mais évidemment pas toujours présente) qui parle correctement anglais et dont il faut guetter la présence si on a besoin de quelque chose.
L'hôtel est situé dans une zone très éloignée du centre ville, mais j'avais choisi ce quartier pour des raisons professionnelles et donc je savais ne pas être dans le quartier touristique.
La chambre est à peu près propre.
