旧市街にあるのでいろんな所にアクセスしやすく観光に適してる。レセプションはとても親切。夜中は車の音やクラクションの音、上の階の人の歩く音で寝れないことがあった。ハウスキーピングサービスは日によって、タオルの置き場所が違ったりと、担当するスタッフによってレベルは様々。ランドリーサービスは専用の用紙に記入し、専用の袋に入れ、わかりやすく机に置いておかないとやってもらえない。洗い上がりは翌日の夜くらい。チェックアウト後、空港までの送迎サービスを頼んだ。200,000VNDとレセプションで言われたが、到着後に300,000VNDを要求された。聞いた話と違うが、相場だったので支払った。Grabを使った方が心理的に心地よく利用できる気がする。
