"Breakfast Buffet had a variety of foods to eat. Had an egg/omelette station. I did notice Costa Rica food in general is not heavily seasoned but you can ask for salt shakers/ketchup/etc if you desire.
The swimming pool provided a nice contrast to the hot springs. All hot springs were the same temperature it felt. The swim bar area was a bit noisy but that sound could be drowned out with the bubbles from the hot springs. Sauna wasn't really that hot. They have a second pool but never...
"This is a great place to stay… the gardens are beautiful, the pool refreshing and about a 5 min walk to the beach… the restaurant is expensive , but every restaurant in CR is… LOVED my stay here!"
"Everything was very nice from the room to breakfast to the staff. The only one thing that could be improved is the entry/exit gate that needs manual opening. If you're leaving late, exit should be automatic, and the wait to trigger gate opening can be lengthy. I will definitely stay there again!"
"Fantastic location for visiting Arenal area. Hotel property is well maintained and easy to get around. Staff were all very helpful, especially when suggesting route to take to next hotel after a landslide closed the main road. Eating breakfast on porch overlooking lake was fantastic!"
"Absolutely wonderful staff. Food was delicious. It was a relaxing stay and close to fun adventures like La Paz and Poas. We stayed in Villa 5, which is the most private and very big. Only downside is close to a very very loud and busy road! Don’t book this villa if you are sensitive to sound."
