A Traveller

“terrible!”

I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and stay at Hilton hotels all over the world and how Hilton put their name to this hotel is beyond me. To say that the staff are rude would be an under statement! On check out they claimed that Expedia had not made payment and that I must pay again before I could leave. They spoke to me as if I were a criminal. It is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Avoid this hotel like the plague!!!!!
