“Great Bargain, Clean Hotel”

The staff here was so friendly, and my room was clean and well maintained. It's not a new hotel, but I could not have asked for things to be more comfortable. Small refrigerator in my room was helpful for additional savings on eating out. I recommend this hotel.

“Recommend”

When we first went there we did not expect much because of previous reviews. The clerk at the front desk was very helpful and helped resolve a problem right away. When I needed an extra towel he gave one to us right away. The people around the hotel were noisy at first but a thundrstorm maded them go in so we had a quiet night afterwards. We enjoyed the closeness to restaurants within walking distance. The roon did not have a clock, and my wife did not find a shower cap, and the pillows were too small, but our final destination was only 6 minutes away so it was a good stay!

Toilet base was loose from floor, Room was stuffy when entering, Had to run Air Conditioner to get odor out of room.

The sheets are clean, the staff are nice, and it's got a good location right next to I-75. I just wish the showers didn't scald you every few minutes.

The customer service was exceptional!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my shower, I called the front desk and immediately maintenance was at my door. The hotel could use some renovations but, otherwise it was clean.

“Housekeeping Miscommunication”

Didn't realize the property did not offer daily housekeeping only weekly. No where in the reservation process was that mentioned or I may have missed it. Have to go to front desk to exhange towels and get soap. Great price Not impressed with staff!

“Exactly as expected”

This is not a tourist hotel for a full blown vacation. We were just "passing through" and the room was perfect for that purpose. It was clean, comfortable beds, nice shower. Airport noise was loud in the morning, but not at night. We didn't have any security issues, although it's not surprising that this hotel would have them.

The hotel is in a great location. There are plenty of restuarants close by, from Waffle House to Houston's and everything n between. It's also right off the freeway.
