“Knights Inn Opelika AL "Not Impressed" old needs updating very much”

The hotel definitely needs refurbishing. Bathroom very rough. We did not even want to get in bathtub. Very quiet did not hear neighbors.

“Any place in a pinch”

We stayed at this hotel on an Auburn football game weekend. It was the only hotel I could find! The place is pretty run down and of course the prices were high since it was a football weekend. The place is just old but did just fine in a pinch. Of course the only redeeming factor was when I turned on the TV and a free nudie channel was playing.

“Scary!”

I don't know much about the area, but was traveling to Auburn University for work. Apparently after dark this hotel has security issues and the lobby is locked. Its also the only hotel I've stayed in in the last 15 years that had a real key vs. a key card, and it wasn't "classy" nor "quaint". It was cheap and I was trying to cut costs as I was really only going to be at the hotel for a few hours, but it wasn't worth it.

“lots of mold in bathrooms”

The age of this hotel is evident in its condition. It was the only hotel in the area which had rooms available. Definately not worth the money! The owners have definately not put any money back into it for improvements. Would not stay again. Ranked as 2 star but should be 1/2 (half) star

“the worst hotel ever”

This hotel was not one where I would ever stay again . The rooms were dirty and the people who were working there and the guests left mich to be desired
