Very nice hotel ,rooms and staff were great. The beach was very close and the restuarants and food were excellent

You have to drive down the road to get to the Cannon Beach Inn for check-in, but everything else was perfect. Staff was extremely helpful, offering to book us play tickets and make reservations. They also have a huge selections of DVD’s if staying in is more your thing. Room was great, beds comfy, just couple blocks to the beach and walking distance to downtown.

The hotel was very comfortable and in a great location. Easy access to the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants.

“Absolutely loved our stay!”

We enjoyed our 3 nights immensely. The bonus is the "continental" breakfast held at the Inn of Cannon Beach, who own and manage the Lighthouse. We chose to walk the 20 minutes down the beach to the Inn for breakfast but it is only a 4 minute drive. Well appointed room with a small fridge, toaster, microwave and dishes and just a block from the beach. We'd stay there again for sure!

“Great deal in Cannon Beach.”

The Lighthouse Inn was comfortable, and spacious lodging. They provided great little extras like a bag of taffy, fresh white bathrobes and a jetted tub in our room. We were only a block off the beach within easy wlking distance of the beach. The only drawback is that check-in and breakfast were at the Inn at Cannon Beach, about a mile and a half south. However, they made the trip worthwhile with a nice continental breakfast, free movies and games to borrow. We hope to return.

We were extremely satisfied with this great find!! The only hitch is that registration is located off site, but other than that FANTASTIC not only for the price but in general as well. We will go back for sure!!!

“Very Nice!”

The Van Buren Lighthouse Inn felt cozy and comfortable. It was clean and nicely furnished with TV in both the bedroom and the living room. Our granddaughter thought she would like to live there! And we liked the complementary popcorn to make in the microwave as well as the tea bags and coffee. It was fairly cool outside but too warm to use the fireplace - but we wanted to - seemed like it would be very nice at times! Located not far from the beach so possible to easily walk there and back. Also reasonably close to main downtown area. We would gladly stay there again! Would have been nice to have a sink besides the small one in the bathroom. Would have appreciated knowing up front before we got there that check in, breakfast, and checkout/returning keys was at another location too far to walk. Did not take advantage of breakfast because of that.
