“Ball Swiss Villa - Our Best Trip Ever - THANK YOU”
Our 2brm villa at Bali Swiss was just awesome! Clean and fresh and very comfortable. It was really cool having breakfast made for us in our villa each morning. The staff were just gorgeous and always eager to help. We were out of the way, so it was very quiet yet still close enough to restaurants and shops with just a short taxi ride. We always have our own driver when we visit Bali - so getting around is never a problem. We can't wait to get back to Bali Swiss Villas - it was the best trip we have ever had to Bali - and we have been many, many times over the years. Bali Swiss Villas are number 1.
“Great Staff”
As a family of 4 we were extremely grateful for the helpful staff at the Bali Swiss Villas. Our holiday unfortunately didn't get off to the best start with some passport & luggage issues. The staff kindly took us to the Australian embassy in Denpasar to sort out passport problems & also tracked down our missing luggage for us. We would have been totally lost without them, and just thrilled with how we were looked after. We had a 2 bedroom villa with a generous pool (which our 2 boys aged 15 & 10), absolutely loved. The cooked breakfasts each day were great, and the beds extremely comfortable. We have travelled as a family alot through Indonesia & Malaysia and would definately stay at these villas again. The only thing which may be an issue for some travellers (which I had previously seen mentioned on the expedia & trip advisor sites) is that a taxi is required to get to shopping/restaurant areas of nearby Seminyak. We didn't find this an issue as the taxi's are so cheap, but it is advisable to take the hotel card with you, as some drivers weren't so sure on the Villa's location as they are on a remote back street.
“Bali Swiss Villas”
Personally, we would have preferred to be closer to some restaurants and markets. These villas are just to far to walk everytime you need something to eat. The staff was very friendly and overall the villas are comfortable. The rooms have double beds, so you must share beds. Although not a big deal, the sewerage system does not allow you to flush any toilet paper. It does take some time to get used to put used toilet paper in a bin near the toilet. A plus is a private pool for each of the villas.
