“I felt like a welcomed guest”
From the minute I arrived at the front entrance until I departed I met with the best quality of service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. As a westerner I felt confident I was taken care of, as most of the staff spoke English. The lounge entertainment was exceptional. All things considered I would stay again on my next trip to Beijing.
“Excellent stay”
Excellent stay. Great friendly service. Excellent pool and workout facilities.
“nice”
great room, great service
“convenient stay”
My expreience with this hotel was great
“A Decent place to stay”
The hotel seems a bit old. There is no wifi access in the room. Connecting to the internet (wired) costs 85 yuan for 24 hours or 50 yuan for 12 hours, this sounds ridiculous, what kind of a modern age hotel doesn't offer free wifi? The TVs are old, they use these old CRTs, not even a decent LCD. The breakfast however, is EXCELLENT. They have a mixture of Chinese dim sum and western selections like bacon, eggs, salads, etc... The service was also great, the staff there were polite and very helpful. The bed is very comfy and I love the toiletries! This place just need to modernize a bit in term of the geeky stuff (TV and internet), everything else is GREAT! Yang
“Will Not be Going Back”
The hotel has deteriorated rapidly since I was last there 2 years ago. It seems run down, badly maintained and same can be said for the service and the food as well. Given the price I paid i will not be staying there again.
