“will return next year”
Staff was great, super friendly and went out of their way for you.
“Wishing we never had to leave”
This was our first venture to Mexico. The staff made it an incredible experience. We arrived around 9 a.m. and all of us (3 couples in all) were treated like royalty. Our rooms were ready early and the staff, food, drinks were all good. Some of the drinks were actually too strong, some weaker. I figured it averaged out. I guess we are the unusual group because we didn't notice or complain about the beds. Maybe we were just too tired from all the fun to notice. The only thing below our expectations was the workout room--but THEN again they did have miles and miles of beautiful white sand to jog on instead of a treadmill--seriously, how is one to complain about that? Our vacation was about relaxing, and hanging out. We picked this hotel because of the no kids thing. As far as i'm concerned this is the perfect place. Small enought to get all the attention and no waiting in line--no waiting for ~drinks, dinner, lunch, pool chairs, towels, .... People from our sister hotel hung out here to get away from the business of the pool at their hotel. Also the activity cordinators were wonderful. They all really tried so hard and seemed like they loved their jobs. Seriously- I don't know what everyone is looking for but if your vacation is about relaxing, enjoying, hanging out~~this is the place to go.
“Completly satisfied with all aspects of the Hotel, food, service, etc”
Food was great, service above and beyond and the best beach in Cancun
“Had an amazing time, would definitely go back!!!”
Everything was fabulous! Excellent beach, great service, nice/fun staff! We especially loved Jose the bartender and the entertainment staff. We would go back in a heartbeat!
“Wonderful Vacation Experience”
We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very accomadating. Take advantage of the morning breakfast room service it was was great and included in the all inclusive. Drinks and bar service were superior to any other resort we have stayed at in Cancun. Restaraunts had much variety and sharing with sister hotel gave us many choices. We loved the Japenese restaraunt at the Great Parnassus. We also loved the Shangralai at the Golden. The Pier was great for a late lunch of seafood and pasta. We thoroughly enjoyed this resort. Oceanview rooms a must!
“Great Place to Stay!”
We had a very nice stay, The staff was wonderful, Our room and it's ammeneties were very nice a lot of TLC in the package we booked. Food was ok some room for improvement and room service was a little slow. Over all we would return again in a heart beat!
“Awesome”
This was my first trip to Cancun, so I was alittle anxious about the whole trip. The airport transportation is well worth the extra money. We had someone greet us by name as soon as we had our bags and took us right to the shuttle. The hotel was excellent. The only complaint we had was the "hard bed", although we went to the front desk and expressed are dissatisfication and we had a foam mattress in our room when we got back from the pool. Pier 12 was our favorite restuarant, although they were all good. The entertainment staff was "Awesome". They had something planned by the pool most of the day. I would difinitely go back and would most likely stay at the same resort, even though it would be nice to see what other resorts have to offer. You know the saying, "dont mess up a good thing".
“Fantastic!!”
If you like to have a few drinks and sit on the beach this is absolutely great. The food was also very good, and the bartenders are awesome. A very relaxing and enjoyable time was had. Would highly recommend if you are looking to relax and have a good time.
“Highly recommended for couples looking for R&R”
We stayed at the Golden Parnassus from March 4-10th, 2012. We had an amazing time there! The wait staff is AWESOME! (particularly Oscar in the Paradise restaurant!) The only thing that "bugged" us was the sales pitch for timeshares when we walked through the lobby. The room was nice and a the hotel was a great value overall. We loved that we could go to the restaurants in the Great Parnassus too. Great food, great service... I would highly recommend it to anyone going to Cancun - especially if you want an adults-only hotel! We were on our honeymoon so the atmosphere was perfect for us. We don't drink a lot, but the mix of people there was good - i.e. not too much partying, but enough for those looking to party. We loved it! :)
“Great vacation”
We stayed from March 17, 2012 to March 22, 2012 and had a wonderful experience. It was our first time in Cancun and the hotel, restaurants and staff were great. It was a very relaxing vacation and we would definitley go back to this hotel.
