The Cooper’s Mill Restaurant serves guests and community patrons from 7 AM to 9 PM daily in a casual environment. Known for their excellent breakfast cuisine that is available all day, the Cooper’s Mill Restaurant also offers sandwiches, homemade soups, and salads. The adjoining lounge is home to the Yard of Beer, a long and popular tradition in the community.
Recreation
The Best Western Cooper’s Mill hotel is located along the Cedar River in downtown Cedar Rapids. The Cedar Valley Nature Trail runs adjacent to the property providing an excellent recreation option for people of all fitness levels. Other recreational activities on property include our indoor pool, whirlpool and fitness facility complete with new equipment. For motorcycle enthusiasts, our property is rider-friendly with a wash station available.

“great bargain”
I was unsure about how nice the hotel would be since it was so cheap, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got there. The room was very clean, and the hotel personnel were all extremely friendly. The location is convenient as well if you're interested in staying near the downtown area. I would definitely stay there again.
“Check it OUT and then Check IN !!”
Best Western Coopers Mill in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is the greatest Place to be when you are here for Pleasure or Business. The Staff is extremely friendly and you will not regret it that you stayed there. The Rooms are awesome and the Maids are so awesome. They will do anything to make your Stay Happy and Funfilled. We have been there many Times and we loved it. Our two Girls 16 and 12 Years old smiled all the time while we where there. I have never seen them have that much Fun and Relax. We where so Happy there, Laughing and Relaxing , that I wish we could move in there permanently.
“Very comfortable”
We arrived in the morning and they our room all ready for us, which was perfect since we just wanted to relax for a bit. The lounge and restaurant is right at the hotel, so we didn't even have to leave to eat. The food was great, the staff at the restaurant not so much. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We will revisit.

I thought the people at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. They had a computer on the 1st floor for the public's use and that was very helpful for me. I enjoyed the pool and spa. It was right across from the river which had a lovely walk. Great place to stay.

We visit Cedar Rapids often to visit family. I was extremely pleased with cleanliness of room. The room was decorated nicely and felt very inviting. The best I've ever slept in a hotel room. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and we will definitely return again. I would highly recommend this hotel over others we have stayed at in Cedar Rapids.

Basically a very nice hotel. Staff was accomodating to my early check in & friendly. Room was very comfortable with refrigerator ect. I will definately stay again. Great price
