“Outstanding motel at a GREAT PRICE”

I will stay again when I am in Chattanooga. Great staff. Great rooms. Clean!

“Compact, but clean and efficient layout - would stay again.”

We stayed overnight on our trip to Florida in early November. The staff were pleasant and the room was small but well laid out. Everything worked and was clean. The location was excellent - close to the highway and plenty of local restaurants. Good value for money. We would stay there again.

“Poor Customer Service”

My family and I recently stayed in this hotel on a trip to Chattanooga. Unfortunately, I can't report that this was a good stay. We arrived late after a full day with our tired kids in tow. When we checked into our reserved 2 bed room we found that it was a smoking room, not the non-smoking one we'd booked - there was not a non-smoking sign on the door, there was a lingering odor of smoke, and there was an ashtray in the room. Upon informing the front desk, they told us that all the non-smoking rooms were sold out except one with a single bed. We went to see the room, but it took multiple tries to even get in because the door lock was defective. In the end, we did enter and then made do with a room with a single bed (instead of two) and a rollaway and extra blankets and pillows because of the late hour. Even then, we still found issues inside the room. That night, the person at the desk was at least able to assist us in finding a way to sleep that night, and we did appreciate the help. What we have an issue with is the service since then. I have been traveling for business and pleasure for over 15 years and have not had such poor follow up service. They offered to do virtually nothing for us - just a mediocre discount on a future stay. Even my inquiries to the management have gone completely ignored. I will not stay in this hotel again. I don't expect everything to always be right, but I expect them to take responsibility when they're wrong. They apparently don't here.

Front desk personnel very helpful with special circumstances/needs. Very clean and comfortable large rooms. Rather small sign marks Mccutcheon Rd approach, off adjoining Lee Road, so have to be very attentive, or miss final turn.

“Excellent Value”

We found this, our first stay at a Microtel, to be quite pleasant, from the competence and professionalism of the hotel staff to the cleanliness and comfort of our room. The location was convenient to shopping and to I-75. The low rate provided excellent value.

The location suited us being we were looking for a location close to the expressway. The room was very clean. we just needed a place to sleep for the night. The staff was polite and moved quickly to get us checked in. We would book again.

when i ask for anything they came right away even though they were short of help. they didn't tell me that i seen they were short of help. that didn't matter.we were treated very good. house keeping is no.1

“Nice place to stay”

This was a nice affordable hotel. A bit hiden behind other establishments. Very nice clean room. Quite, peaceful night of sleep. very satisfied. I would stay again.

“WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN”

WAS VERY SATISIFIED WITH THE HOTEL, HOTEL STAFF AND THE ROOM. THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, THE BATHROOM EXTREMELY CLEAN AND BRIGHT, GOOD LIGHTING FOR MAKEUP APPLICATION. THE ONLY THING WE MISSED WAS IN ROOM COFFEE AND A SMALL FRIDGE. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN IN THE AREA.
