“ramada encore chihuahua”

this was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. the staff was excellent taking me where i needed helping me translate and keeping me well fed. the security was great and i always felt very safe there. the manager was wonderful and met all of our needs. the rooms were very nice spacious with a wonderful shower. if your going to chihuahua this is the place to be.

“Great place for a break.”

Hotel was focused on business travelers, but it was a great place to just unwind for a week. Rooms were great and service was very good. Breakfast was outstanding! I speak Spanish, so language was not an issue for me, but the desk staff was quite fluent in English as well. Only drawbacks: location was away from major tourist sites and no swimming pool. But overall, highly recommended.

the hotel was really nice, new rooms, very modern; excellent attention of the employees; Continental breakfast was excellent, good variety and well maintained, price paid was also excellent compared to service provided, definitely will look for stay in this hotel next time,

Nice hotel and modern contemporary decor. Staff was professional and very pleasant. Centrally located business area with free use of computers/printer. Free long distance calls throughout Mexico, Canada AND USA included. Good breakfast with ample selection available. Location is easily accessible to highway and close to restaurants, bars and very nice mall. Would go back and recommend to friends.

“Encore”

This hotel is very nice, very modern, with nice amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was usually a person at the desk that spoke English. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was that sound did travel. The rooms have nice hard wood floors and hard walls, thus bouncing sound. It was not a major problem for me just something I noticed.

“Service wins us over”

All seemed well, until we were about to go to sleep, when it became obvious that the walls dividing our room from the next door room were very thin. We could hear the occupants (and no doubt, them us). Complaining at the front desk the next day, we were told that an acoustics firm had been called in to recommend and hopefully execute a solution. The distance of the hotel from the centre of town meant hiring a taxi once and requesting a lift twice of the hotel van (kindly supplied). Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and included in the price. The service was really good at the front desk. It more than made up for the two weak points from which the hotel suffers at present.

The hotel is new, very contemporary. Food is good, but runs out fast. So if you are in a hurry in the mornings, you will lose time waiting for a refill. The roof and some walls of the rooms are red, the other walls are gray, a little hard to relax in that enviornment. The walls are thin and you can hear everything! The neighbors talking, shower turning on and off of all the surronding rooms, door slaming in the floors late at night and early in the moring. VERY hard to sleep in. Sleep was difficult for me, a light sleeper. I stayed at the windgate hotel up the street and love it. Would recommed that one in stead. This hotel is Ok for the price but a little uncomfortable .Sheets and the pillows are hard. The location is great!
