“very impressed”
Just would like to register how my family and I were satisfied with the 2 days we spent in this hotel: the best location of the town! (the only best place is the across the street cathedral!)

A five-star hotel in the heart of the city, across from the main cathedral. Excellent staff, good food, easy walking to many city sites. Highly recommend for business or leisure.

“The place to stay in Christchurch.”
The Junior suite was lovely and views of the Cathedral were beautiful. The location was fabulous- walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and attractions. Service was excellent- staff were always welcoming, courteus and incredibly helpful. Could not fault the hotel during our stay.

We found the hotel to be of high quality for the region. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom well laid out.We would choose this brand again.

The hotel was in a great location at the heart of Christchurch. We walked to many locations from the hotel, also enjoyed walking around the city centre square and the market. Great place!

Wonderfully large room on the second floor with a Panaramic view of the Cathedrial in the living room. Huge bathroom, Large living room with two sofas, TV, bar, fridge, etc. Bed was king sized, and clothes storage ample. Two robes in the closet. Concierge service is a must try. Very helpful folks. Parking is valet, and extra pre night. Tipping is not a custom in NZ unless you are truely impressed with the service. They got a tip.
“Convienent & friendly hotel”
We only stayed at this hotel for one evening, but it was perfect for our needs. We received very friendly service from the valet, bellboy and check-in staff. The hotel is conveniently located in Cathedral Square, which is an easy walk to major downtown tourist destinations as well as major rental car locations. The room was spacious, modern and quiet.

Quiet with good facilties and views. Excellent first night stop before commencing our tour of South Island
“Shower annoyance”
The shower curtain was a real pain. It was very light and kept being sucked into the shower.
