“Bedbugs”

This hotel appears to have opened up too quickly. They had a temporary sign, many of the rooms were still closed, and my room was not clean. I found a T-shirt and toothbrush in my room on check-in. This was a small problem compared to the bedbug bites that my guest and I received on my arms and legs that swelled up and were sore for over a week. I complained to the manager, and he was only willing to give me a 20% discount on my bill. I have had good experience with Expedia in the past, but this hotel was honest or up to even a one-star rating. I had to visit the emergency room when I returned home.

“Not impressed”

Although thestaff was extremely friendly, the hotel itself was in bad need of updating and cleaning. There was mold all over the shower, burn marks on the furniture and blankets. Looked like all the furniture was all the old furniture from the Comfort Inn across the street. And to top all that, most of the people surrounding our room lived there which was a little uncomfortable. We definitely will not stay again.
