“Pleasantly Surprised”
We needed a place to stay overnight while visiting family and were very surprised when we saw our room. Though it was tucked away in a corner with a view of an alley, the furniture was fabulous, everything was clean, and the bed was VERY comfortable. We would DEFINITELY choose this hotel again.
“Better than average for a motor inn”
The service was very professional. Lots of little perks: free snacks in room, fridge, free high speed internet, iron, hairdryer, etc. Check in/out was very easy. Room was what you would expect or perhaps a little cleaner.
“Nice place to rest your feet and back in the middle of no where.”
Very clean and modern rooms and bathrooms for the price. very good bargain. Only problem is no covered parking. Your car and its interior just bakes in the scorching dessert sun. but I think all the lodgings in El centro lack covered parking, even the more expensive ones. Staff is very friendly.
“A place to Stay”
I was very impressed with the room and the price. The bed was extreamly comfortable. Not a lot to do in El Centro but the staff and the room made it a lot more comfotable.

The staff was very gracious. The room was very clean and accommodating. And I was very surprised to see they had a very extensive free continental breakfast in the morning, complete with fresh fruit, bagels and good strong coffee!

Great location, clean, friendly staff. One minor problem, the coffee maker in the room did not work. Everything else was great.

The check-in was pain free. The room was clean. The bed was as comfortable as it could be for not being home. The housekeeping staff was courteous. We weren't in the room that much, but when we were there, we were comfortable. Thanks Howard Johnson's for a pleasurable experience!
“Comfortable, Clean, and Inexpensive”
This is the perfect place to stay if you need a 1 nighter. The front desk was very polite and walked me to my room. The room was small, but very clean. There was a welcome basket along with a note from the management thanking me by name. We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay the night, and we were very impressed with this Hotel.
