Rooms
Golden Chain Sea Breeze Resort has 28 Studios split into Deluxe and Studios.
Deluxe Studios are mainly on the first floor. Main difference is the new linen in tripple sheeting, 32" Flat Screen TV and
an extra long single bed or Sofa Bed.
Standard Studios are all located on the ground floor and are set up mainly for families. Main difference is the double bunk beds, simpler linen and a normal 52cm TV.
All studios are fully self contained, serviced daily, large, quiet, have free 8 Foxtel Channels, 4 normal Channels, Free wireless Internet access, en suite with shower on toilet, Air conditioning, direct dial Phone, table and chairs.
The kitchen has a 260l full size fridge, 2 burner cook tops, Microwave - Convection Oven - Grill, Teak and Coffee making facilities, toaster and all crockery.
Bathrooms include showers, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.
Rooms also include clock radios. Housekeeping is provided daily.
All guestrooms are non-smoking.

Ningaloo Reef was recently listed as a World Heritage Landmark.
This pristine coral reef just meters from the beach, it;s crystal clear lagoons and pristine white beaches are the main attractions. Swimming with the Whale Sharks is available from April to August.
Breakfast is available for a surcharge.
Snorkel Gear is available for hire at reception.
Umbrella and Esky ( cool box ) are available for hire at reception.
Recreation

“East West Sea Breeze”
My time spent at the Sea Breeze was just what I needed.I've stayed in town on 3 occasions and all good . Sometimes the night life can turn into morning zombie.But not this trip.Just nice and lay back, the staff were always busy keeping everything clean.Always helpful and kind.
“1 night in Exmouth”
We arrived in a swarm of flying ants. The rooms and beds were full of them. We have suggested that the rooms come with a supply of insect spray. The hotel rooms were ok but did have a lot of cobwebs around the ceilings
“Won't be hurrying back”
This is a basic hotel, which looks like it was once part of the naval base which it is next to. Although the kitchenette was fairly new and clean and the pool/communal areas looked good (we didn't actually use them), the room itself did not look like it was part of a hotel - it had large grey doors, grey carpet, really noisey air -conditioning and generally needed some work doing to it. It also seems to be accessible to wildlife - in our curtains we found a redback spider, and as I was putting that outside we found a huntsman - we also had at least 2 cockroaches in the room, neither of which we caught! The area north of Exmouth is great for spotting 'roos, emus, turtles etc... (all of which we saw on our brief trip), but I don't really want to spot creatures from my bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location (about 7km north of Exmouth town) is fine for people with cars, but you would be isolated without one. It is well placed for getting to the national park. I can't recommend this place and doubt we would stay there again until it's had some work. As Exmouth grows it's likely that it will become more popular with tourists, and this hotel is going to have to improve if it is to keep up.
