“Excellent value”
The hotel was very nice.
“A Sanctuary In Busy Hangzhou”
The hotel was a welcome surprise and great value for what we spent. The breakfasts were generous and well-appointed. THe lobby was a welcome sight after a hard days work and the elevators to our floor were also a good feeling knowing we would soon step into our beautiful, well appointed, clean and quiet room. The hallways were beautiful and the rooms themselves above average at the least. My one and only criticism is that they need to update the workout center. The equipment is from the 1970's and for all intents and purposes, 99% useless. It's there only for show. Overall, I would definitely stay there again and recommend it wholeheartedly.
“fine hotel”
everything is fine. The room also has a great city view. The fan in the bath room is terrible.
“Not recommend to stay”
Still use "Bath and shampoo gel mix" in one container sticked on the wall; That gel didn't feel clean; Carpet looks old; room color is dim; When we need 4 more hours to stay, they said that they will charge 1/2 day of what we paid. One night teller checked and told me that costs about 50% of what we paid per day, which was good. However, he needed to double check with manager in the morning. The manager charged us 83% of what I paid from Expedia in the morning. He said that they never had such cheap hotel cost? He didn't want to double check our bill. I didn't want to argue because we were rushing with the tour. That man has no smiling at all.
