“Good hotel, great prices”
Travelling with a little child, I found the hotel incredibly accomodating - from arranging a cot in the room at last minute, to being very understanding of the mess made at the breakfast table! Whilst the fabric of the hotel was in places a little tired, the superb service, great value for money and superbly located in Happy Valley. Given the smaller size of apartment space in Hong Kong, I would recommend an Executive suite for more comfort - but the normal rooms are still perfectly serviceable.

Pleasantly surprised by such excellent facilities at a bargain price. Very spacious and comfortable rooms, wireless internet etc. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful also. Will definitely stay again next time! Location 2mins walk from the famous Happy Valley Horse Race Track

A nice hotel away from the hustle & bustle of HK. Good transportation with tram station close by. Convenient restaurants & market within walking distance.

The location is at Happy Valley, which seems to be a bit off the downtown area, however, there is a mini bus, bus and tram which takes you to downtown and MTR. There are many hotels at more convenient location, but as I know the area and the way around, I quite like this location. Moreover, there are a few very good old chinese style coffee place, places selling very good congee and noodles. Services on the whole is pretty good. My room is pretty small, and the bath tub seems a bit warn out. However, they have kept the place clean.
