“Lovely”
Beds amazing and bathroom clean so relaxing Bar a little on expensive side

Have stayed here before and at the Ramada on the other side of the roundabout Prefer Beales especially now that wifi is free Quirky parts: 1. one bath towel for a room that sleeps 2 2. can't see the TV while working at the desk 3. no reasonable place to put toiletries in the bathroom 4. the 1/2 glass partition does a poor job of keeping water from the shower off the floor
“Overnight visit to son at Uni”
Impressive overall and great value as late booking. Minor problem with bathroom lighting resolved speedily by helpful staff. Bar and restaurant expensive but many alternatives for eating in Galleria across the road. Surprisingly quiet and comfortable room, VERY soft mattress! Overall will definitely go back there at that price.
“the food was a big disappointment !”
After reading in internet how nice the food was in this hotel we tried the restaurant ; it was such a disappointment ! We were a group of 6 and 1 person had a nice meal ! The service in the restaurant was not professional either for a 4 star hotel .
