“Great lodging in Las Cruces New Mexico”

With most lodging taken due to the NMSU graduation, I was pleasantly surprised by my whole experience at this Inn. Beautiful sonoran cactus displayed every where, and a beautiful new swimming pool. A microwave, microfridge, comfortable beds, and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was still being offered when I got there at 8:00 a.m., and there is a pancake house next door that had standing room only at 9:00. Close to the interstate. The management was gracious and very pleasant to work with. Definitely I would stay here again

“Friendly and Hospitable”

Very pleasant stay. Owner David is a great host, provided excellent service. Property is situated off of the freeway a little bit, in an older part of town. We felt very safe, and had a quiet night without disturbances. Room was comfortable and clean. Grounds are charming with gardens and interesting pottery. Very pleasant stay overall. We'll be back the next time we pass through Las Cruces!

Is very familiar and comfortable, ideal for recreational trips. The service is great!

“Simple, Clean, Affordable!”

I dare you to find any other hotel at this price that is as clean and pleasant. The owners/proprietors could not have been nicer or more accomodating. The snack they provided shortly after my checkin was an unexpected pleasure. Simply very thoughtful.

“My opinion”

Although not the most modern hotel, the staff made up for any shortcomings. I met and spoke with both Mr. & Mrs. (the owners), both very pleasant and hardworking people. And the staff went the extra mile to accommodate anything I needed. Also, the grounds with all the lovely plants and flowers was amazing, as was the patio area. Lots of outside chairs with cushions - very inviting and comfortable. Although I didn't have a chance to use the pool, I would have for sure - it too was inviting and very clean. Beats Motel 6, and I would recommend this hotel.

“NMSU VISIT”

for 10 $ more we could of stayed and a much more convenient location. The room smelled musty and like no one had been there in months. Bed was old and lumpy, sheets didnt even match. (I think they picked up a mismatched set at walmart)On the bright side.... the man running the place was very kind and attentive. helpful with directions and even brought us chips and salsa to our room. Very kind man, just not a great room/hotel.

“" Never Again"”

My daughter and I have never been to New Mexico before. When we choose our motel we figured why not America's Best Inn since it was right near our destination and it was a good price, so we'd figure it was to our best connivence. Once we arrived the area looked as if it should have been a motel for a scary movie to be filmed in, but we figured we'd had to go in and give it a chance. Once we met up with the front desk the motel owner was extremely nice to us but once she brought us in to our rooms we were disgusted. As soon as she opened the door we smelled old wet carpets, the towels were wet and had holes in them and it was just gross. After just five minutes of being in that room we went back to the front desk and told the owner we could not stay there any longer, she than charged us for a night at the hotel for the cancellation of the room which made no sense because we didn't even stay in the room for more than 10 minutes. Never again! Try to avoid this hotels especially if there are young kinds involved. The parking lot was filled of truckers.
