“The best hotel off the strip”
We stayed in a 2-bedroom room with a kitchen and a living room. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was just right. The hotel is across the Orleans casino and that made it very convenient for us to play some games and have some drinks. We did not have to drive. My only complaint was that the night we checked in (Friday)the hot water in the bathroom wash basin was not working. The knob was broken. I reported it the next day and it was never fixed. I guess they had to wait until Monday. But all in all this is a great hotel for the price. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and we will stay again in this hotel the next time. Note: we stayed the month before at the other Emerald Suites on Las Vegas Blvd, and that one is much better but it did not have 2-bedroom rooms.
“Extremely Satisfied...”
I am in the hotel industry and am not easily impressed. I recently stayed at ES Cameron for 13 nights while in Vegas looking for a job. This was BY FAR the best decision aqnyone can make for extended stay accomodations in Vegas. The staff was super nice especially Bianca in the front office. My apartment was super clean. The grounds were immaculate. Nothing in my apartment was in disrepair, I am a female who traveled alone and always felt VERY secure. The apartment entries are internal and you have to have a key to access the hallways. This is by no means a luxury hotel so if you are looking for 5 stars and to be waited on hand and foot this is not the place for you. But if you are looking to be very comfortable in more than a one room accomodation where you can prepare your own meals at a VERY affordable price this is BY FAR the best bang for your buck. I will stay here again when I return to Vegas to work while looking for a place to live. Won't consider anywhere else. You can't go wrong at Emerald Suites Cameron.
“Home Away Frm Home”
This is like my 5th stay here.I really enjoy this hotel of the strip.I tend to stay here when its last minute. It is cheap, but the hotel itself ery nice.It is like staying at your own place. It is not that far frm strip. If you are in a budget then this is the place for you.
“Mini apartment”
The hotel was quiet, no casino, no loud drunks... Easy to get to rooms. Staff helpful and friendly. Missing some parts to stove and carpet tack strip exposed between kitchen and living room. The bedroom needed a darker curtain, the outside lights kept me awake. Free internet!! Best stay I've had in Vegas in the past 10 years!!
“Good place to stay at!”
Love the two bedroom suite and very comfortable place to stay. It right across the street from Orlean Hotel and Casino
“Long term stay”
If your'e staying a couple of days. It is a good Idea to look for a hotel that is fully furneshed. This hotel has everything, stove, fridge, microwave, dish washer, etc... I stayed there 4 days and cooked twice. Had friends over and offered them cold beer right out of the fridge. It feels like I live in Vegas. Gambling is right across the street! Hope this helps you decide.
“Very good hotel”
Compared to the cheap price we got,we had a very good room, well maintained. The staff were friendly.
“Stay here a mile off the strip - relax and save money!!!”
My husband and I just got back from a 6 day trip to Las Vegas and stayed here the entire time. It was a great experience, very good value for the money and I much preferred it over staying in a hotel room for that amount of time. We were able to buy groceries and eat breakfast, lunch and many snacks there - thus saving a bunch of money on the vacation. The laundry room was very convenient - never saw a lot of people there. We were upgraded to a two bedroom so that we could be on the first floor at no cost. (There are no elevators and it is three floors). It is like a small apartment - nice kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and living room. It was clean but not fancy. Air conditioning worked great the whole time we were there. The kitchen has plates, glasses, silverware, microwave, stove, fridge and dishwahser, but no cooking pans or paper products. The pool was very small and not heated, but the hot tub was hot. If you are planning on going with another couple in the two bedroom, the living room furniture is sparse - 1 couch with end tables, coffee table and TV. You would have to use some of the four kitchen chairs if more people wanted to sit in there together. All rooms have balconies, but the ones on the first floor have chest high adobe walls around them so you can't see much. If you can do steps, the balconies on the other floors have metal railings and are nicer. No balcony furniture is furnished.
“A Great Place to Stay”
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very courteous and knowlegeable about the area and hotels, the hotel was also very quiet, I would definitly recommend this hotel to anyone.
“vegas getaway”
i truely enjoyed my stay. from the moment we arrived, we felt as comfortable as we do at home. we almost never made it out each night!! We'd slept so long that we woke up late!!!
