“Perfect Location”

Hotel is located 5 minutes to the beach and lovely promenade from Cascais to Estoril and beaches beyond (about 5 miles round trip, I think), many excellent restaurants are close by and it's a 2 minute walk to the commuter train into Lisbon. Hotel staffers are charming and accommodating and speak good English. Breakfast is coffee/tea, breads and jam. Public areas are nice and comfortable. Wi-fi is available. Room had some stains on the carpet and a small rip in the arm of the leather chair, but location and staff far outweigh this.

“albergaria valbom hotel”

quite cheap and clean place. if you are looking for a place just to spend the nigt in this one could be the best option. but if you are looking for something luxurious - i wouldn't recommend this one. it's just very simple place for people not demanding too much.

“Simple, clean, comfortable”

We enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse. The service was good. The rooms are in need of remodeling but are clean and comfortable. The breakfast room is cheerful and the breakfast is standard fare for Portugal: bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, juice, and excellent coffee. The location can't be beat: Cascais is a lovely village, it is 30 minutes away from Lisbon by train, and traveling in the other direction you have the fabulous Atlantic coast.

“Not the cleanest”

The hotel has a good location in the center of the town and close to the beaches and shops, but the room is very basic and very dirty bathroom. The price was good so I suppose that explains the dirty bathroom.
