“Delightful”
The Kingsway Hall is lovely. Beautiful, clean rooms. Service was very friendly. The location is great - close to the tube station, Covent Gardens, and the West End theatre district. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommend the play "War Horse" - playing at the National Theatre, only 5 minutes away.
“would use again”
despite the check in issues it was a great hotel. Although rooms are small (typical for london) it did have air con - which is very welcome in June in London. Location was great and staff friendly.
“Brilliant”
a really fantastic hotel in a great location. Would recommend it to anybody and would definatly stay again
“Excellent location”
I was really pleased with all aspects of the hotel, it's location, friendly staff, comfortable bedrooms and only a ten minute walk to Leicester Square.
“Great spot in near Covent Gardens”
I'd stay there again for sure. Staff were helpful, rooms were good and its a great location close to pubs, subway sights.
“Excellent Service”
Customer service here was excellent. I presume I was upgraded, to a beautiful room, and checking in and out was easy. I would definitely stay here again.
“Excellent Hotel”
Though I only stayed there for one night, I was very impressed with how nice and clean the hotel was, and I wish I could have stayed there longer. The hotel is close to a lot of tourist spots in London (Like Covent Garden and Leicester Square), and is only a few minutes walk from a subway station which can take you anywhere in the city of London. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in a very nice hotel, for a decent price.
“Kingsway Hall - We liked it”
We were very happy that we stayed at Kingsway Hall for one night in June so that we could take in a show at the near-by Peacock Theatre. The public areas a new, bright, spacious and clean. The staff was uniformly courtious and anxious to help. Front desk check-in was fast and easy. The room was larger than we expected for a London hotel. It was spotlessly clean. The ventilation was good and quiet. Even though our room was on a lower floor and facing the street, the room was quiet. The location was convenient for the West End theatres. We enjoyed our stay and certainly will consider returning there when we need a hotel in the West End.
“Good location”
Family trip to celebrate birthdays. Hotel is very central and ideal for theatres. We all enjoyed our stay and would stay again at the hotel.
“Highly Recommended”
Have stayed at the Kingsway Hall on a few occassions now and have never been disappointed. Biggest attraction for me is the location, a short walk from Holburn and almost right in Covent Garden which is my favourite part of London. The hotel itself is bright and modern and there is a nice bar off Reception. The rooms are a decent size and are very comfortable. They are also relatively fresh and contemporary. Breakfast not included in our rate and was ridiculously expensive, albeit no worse than other hotels but there are plenty of places nearby if, like us, you choose to have breakfast at more reasonable prices. That said would recommend and will definately be back.
