“Basic”
You basically get what you pay for. Low cost hotel, so don't expect anything other than the basics in your room. The toilet could cope with simple tasks, but struggled with more complex ones (if you get my drift!). Room had a two pin plug TV, and a three pin socket in the wall. So no use at all.
“Needs Refurb”
We went to this hotel in October, you definately don't get more than you paid for. The rooms were clean, but in urgent need of refurbishment.the common areas were ok and the hotel has started improvements with a new Pizzeria on site. Entertainment was incredably loud and did not always finish on time. The breakfast was fine with plenty of choice although we didn't try the evening meal as there are so many restuarants in Buggiba. The staff were friendly and we found them to be helpful. If we were to go back to Malta we would probably not stay at this hotel.
“Rough round the edges”
Stayed here early September. Location is in built up area with very poor surrounding roads in bad condition. A ten minute walk will get you to St Pauls Bay and a nice stoll to Bugibba where you can eat and drink as you look out over the Mediterranean. Bliss. I was a single traveller and was put in a 3 bedroom suite with no view of pool area except a wall. Disappointing. Only stayed room only so didnt try breakfast or dinners. You can get breakfast in Bugibba at good prices. Restaurant looked clean and bright. Receptionists were approachable and staff appeared friendly. Pool area was reasonable with sun decks and umbrellas and there is a pool bar.This area was used for evening entertainment which finished at 11.30pm. I would describe this hotel as a budget Hotel. Its one of those "you get what you pay for" hotels basic facilities but you may be lucky and get the best of everything. Buses are handy to get to.I would try something different next time
